As Director, Fraud/Loss Control, Wendy Hans collaborates with individuals across her organization to protect AMC from fraud losses. She oversees fraud detection, investigation, and prevention for theatres, e-commerce, and the loyalty program. An expert in fraud risk management, Wendy directs fraud data analytics, advises on fraud risk and mitigation strategies, and administers the fraud risk assessment. Wendy previously led the theatre audit and accounting systems teams and worked in international accounting and theatre operations during her 35+ years at AMC.

Wendy is a leader in the anti-fraud industry. She has served as President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ Greater Kansas City Chapter and President of the Restaurant Loss Prevention & Security Association. Wendy also shares her expertise speaking at industry events. 

Wendy is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and M.B.A from Rockhurst University.
