I’ve always been drawn to law enforcement and security as I have family members in this field. When I began working at a bank, I gravitated towards our security team. I am passionate about people and believe safety and security is critical. I am driven to do everything I can to ensure employees and clients are safe.

I have extensive experience as an executive managing physical security, investigations, and performance management. I courageously build and lead successful teams that identify risk and implement solutions to improve safety and security for employees and clients.

I have demonstrated skills in project management while serving as a product owner for a case management workflow system and prioritize initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Armed with an efficiency mindset, I continuously streamline our processes to increase productivity. As a natural, empowering, and positive leader, I motivate teams to perform at high levels. I provide clear expectations to my employees, and assist them as needed, thereby inspiring loyalty.

As a trusted advisor to leadership teams, I easily gain buy-in for new endeavors. I am known for having outstanding interpersonal, communication, relational, and leadership skills, and am a proven collaborator. My change agent mentality sets me part from my peers. I proactively ensure our security programs and teams keep up with technology and industry best practices, so we can remain ahead of the curve. I have a strong business acumen and can visualize the correct next steps to take.
