Advisory Board

Heather Hearn is the Supervisor of E-Commerce Fraud and Physical Security for Wawa, Inc. and has been with the company for over 29 years.  In her role Heather oversees the strategic development of physical security systems, e-commerce fraud mitigation, and the creation of Wawa’s security policies and training programs.  

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University, a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University.

She also has her LPC through the Loss Prevention Foundation. Outside of her work at Wawa, Heather is an active Board Member of the Restaurant Loss Prevention and Security Association (RLPSA) and previously served as Board Secretary for Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
