Advisory Board

David Donna has been an attorney for over 40 years. He defends and advises companies nation-wide, primarily in the restaurant industry, in the areas of risk management, premises liability, and workplace/premises violence. The founder of Donna Law Firm in 2002, David is still an attorney there but is also the owner of Donna Legal Consulting where he provides mediation services in personal injury cases, oftentimes involving catastrophic injuries.

He has lectured in the areas of premises liability and workplace violence and is a board member of the Restaurant Loss Prevention and Security Association.
